Lightly used and well-kept. No rips or tears were observed in the furniture, flooring looked great. All the lights appeared to be working. The awning was in great shape and the LED lights worked. No body damage observed.
The catalytic converter and the battery has recently been replaced as it had been stolen while at the storage facility. It has now been moved to the seller's home.
