This is a 2002 Thor Chateau Class C motor home. This Motor home is in excellent condition and has low mileage (45k). It sports a Ford E450 V10 Triton motor. Everything on the RV is in good working order and clean. It is road ready with newer tires, and a fresh service. Title is clear and ready to go. My family and I just completed a 16 day 7000 mile trip across the country and enjoyed every minute of the trip in this RV.All though this RV is in great shape... it is used and does have minor cosmetic issues. The finish on the exterior of the RV is dull due to sun exposure. As you can see in the photos, I had to repair the driver side rear corner molding due to catching it on my fence while pulling out of the driveway. The previous owners had a leak at the rear window, which was fixed prior to me purchasing the RV, and the water caused some staining on the cloth of the head board trim. I can send pictures if you request them. The awning above the slide needs to be replaced and will be done before the final sale.For the over all condition of this RV, you can't beat the price!!
