If you want an awesome "starter" Class C RV THIS IS IT!!! It has only had ONE owner before me (who kept meticulous records and equipment manuals) whom bought it directly from Jayco. I purchased this RV in Florida in October 2015 as a "fixer upper" entry point into RV-ing. It is BEYOND PERFECT for that! 2006 Thor Motor Coach Four Winds Five Thousand 28A, 2006 Four Winds 5000 28a We purchased this motor home May 2014 from the original owner. Since then we have made 2 across country trips without any issues and I would not hesitate to do it again. This rig has been great for our family and we have really enjoyed our time with it. The only reason we are selling is that we have enjoyed it so much we are going to move up to a larger coach. I have the records for all the maintenance work we have had done and I have the records from the prior owners. Everything works as it should and any issues were addressed as soon as they came up. Mechanically and cosmetically it is in great shape. We use rugs on top of the carpet, so the carpeting is in great shape. This is a non-smoking, no pet rig so there are no smells. The motor home is equipped with the Chevy Vortec engine and Workhorse chassis which gives plenty of power. We have traveled over the Rockies and the Peninsula Ranges in California in 105 degree weather and never had over heating issues.
