This unit is as close to new as you can get. The owner only used the coach a handful of times. The owner reports that there is a small scratch on the rear driver side (near top) - very minor. The fridge is directly to the left after entering. Moving back, you'll see the bunk beds to your left and the bathroom to your right. We're selling our Itasca Navion for no other reason than lack of use. We bought this coach from the first owners who decided after 5,000 miles and less than a year that it was too small for them (they were full timers and wanted to go back to a diesel pusher). We had always wanted one of these and this one was like new. However, as many things in life go, "the best laid plans". We've had it for 3 years now and have only put about 7k on her. The majority of it the first year we bought her. We've been too busy with work and other things to truly enjoy this coach and it sits waiting to be used. I've attached the NADA Guides Price Report and as you can see, I'm asking well below book for this excellent RV! She's never been in an accident and is as stated, in excellent condition.
