Low Mileage, Under NADA Loan Value.Bought this new Class C to take my family to the house in Red River. Now I have sold the house, so I'm not using the Motorhome any longer.Perfect coach for hauling the family. Never camped in it. Awning has only been out twice. We only used the fridge, DVD player and the in-motion satellite most of the time.Only 9400 miles on it - all new placards and stickers still on the coach.Bought the non-slide model so that we could enjoy it while going down the road. It's plenty roomy.Installed a brand new In-Motion Satellite dish. Both inside TV's can watch DVD's or Satellite TV while going down the road. (came with 2 TV's, one up front and one outside, but I added one in the bedroom as well - 19").Bought the "Lead Dog Package" for it, which includes lots of extras such as Power awning, heated Holding Tanks, Back-up Camera (Color), and more.HAS OUTDOOR TV and STEREO TOO!!4KW Generator runs everything, no problem. Starts up easy and sips gas at about 1/4 gallon per hour.NADA Book Value on this coach shows Average Retail at $60,862 and low retail at $50,540 (without Lead Dog Package). After I added the In-Motion Sat and bedroom TV, I have right at 60K in this coach.My price is well below book value and even below Bank Loan Value.Try to find another 2015 for this price. This coach will sell quickly at this price, especially with hardly any miles on it.Lots of Chevy Powertrain and Chassis Warranty left (60 month, 100K miles)Kept in my warehouse until last week when I brought it out to sell it.
