This is a big, comfortable coach. It has a few cosmetic issues with the painted decals on the doors and a few rub marks here and there, but all in all, it is in excellent condition. The generator receives 100-hour maintenance. It has new batteries, and new awning lights, and the rear wheels have just 3,000 miles on them. A buyer hired a third party inspector to go over the unit in April and items of concern included the following: - Front tires need replacing - USB ports above the door and in the bathroom not working - Awning fabric frayed - Door pistons on the front cabinet passenger side need replacing. - The cab to the box seal needs to be redone.
