This motorhome comes from sunny California and has never seen snow or ice before. We are the second owner, the first owner is an elderly couple in Los Angeles who drove it to the beach every month and back home. You might be thinking "only 27,510 miles?" - let me confirm, this camper has indeed only 27,510 original miles on it. Engines and autos are build to move and drive. Don't worry - we took this risk and drove it across the country from San Diego, CA. Not a single issue during the whole 3-month trip, neither in Seattle, Yellowstone nor in Texas. We had up to 5 adults sleep in it comfortably. The RV was inspected by Mission Bay Automotive in San Diego (4.6 stars on yelp) and was found to be in very good shape for its age. There are no leaks and no roof damage, especially no water damage. Everything is working: both ACs, generator, electric and plumbing system, water supplies and pump, room and water heaters, showers, toilet, tanks. We had no issues with the RV during the 12,000 miles road trip across the country. Before the trip we had extensive maintenance and upgrades performed in March 2016, mostly by Mission Bay Automotive : * 6 brand-new Michelin MS2 tires * Cabin and Coach AC maintenance * lube, coolant, transmission, brakes, oil, steering, radiator hoses, fluids and filters replaced. * New Bilstein shocks installed + tire alignment * New coach and cabin batteries * new steering stabilizer * new carburetor for the Onan 4000W generator + generator maintenance * alternator drive belt replaced * new wiper blades * new air filter * new 4-bike hitch rack * memory foam topper for the queen-size bedAmenities: * Onan 4000 generator * gas oven * 3 burner stove top * microwave * freezer and fridge * shower and flush toilet * bike rack * fresh, gray and black water tank * awningBecause we are leaving the country and continue to travel in Europe, we have a whole household to give away with the RV. You can take it all, pieces of it or nothing: * Plates, glasses, cups, silverware, bowls * comfy garden chair * air mattresses for the top bed * Phone chargers * clothes drying rack * cooking tools * water kettle * pots, pans * towels * anti slip mats, boxes, nets * extension cables * etc.
