1995 XPLORER 230 DODGE RV MOTOR HOME WITH 69,000 ORIGINAL MILES. CARFAX CHECKED ALL GOOD Florida owned and located, rarely used with original owners manual, vehicle drives great air blows cold I am not an expert on this and will do my best to list what this has ,we did have it professionally checked and all works fine with some minor repairs see list as in the process of getting those taken care of. This is set for a generator though this one never did have one Originally built back in 95 with blue interior and wood cabinets which appeared to have been upgraded to oak. The RV contains a double bed at rear with plenty of storage below accessible from either the side panels on the rv exterior or from within the rv itself.The bed does not make a table This has a toilet and shower with sink and closet Small sink with stove and refrigerator 2 chairs that fold down to make a single bed rather small but currently set up with a table As with any Florida vehicle the carpet has bleached in areas see jpegs otherwise internally clean. This does have an air conditioner it does blow cold but not as cold as it should though it might just need a good cleaning as this unit has sat under an awning for a number of years though each month it was run for a few miles to make sure all is running fine on the vehicle Some of the windows are currently leaking and working on getting repaired with some wood damage as can be seen in the jpegs Exterior some paint has chipped away mainly on the driver’s side door The radio turn on but has no display and no sound The side awning needs some new brackets and the main support leg bracket is broken but sure you could find or make one to replace it AS THIS IS OVER 21 YEARS OLD IT WILL NEED SOME T.L.C. ETC BUT PRICED ACCORDINGLY AND OPEN TO REASONABLE OFFERS

This exceptional Class B RV has never been west of the Mississippi. We selected it new because it seemed the very best for 2 adults to travel in comfort with confidence. We are now in our 70's and planning to move. This is our 8th RV and by far the best. This Mercedes diesel gets about 23 miles to the gallon per my measurement and that's pretty hard to beat. It IS under warranty. The Grand Tour is the latest from Airstream and features more room for heading out. No small refrigerator here. It has the dual refrig/freezer that so many don't have. The microwave is conveniently located within a drawer in the galley. How thoughtful. A solar panel in the roof helps to keep the battery charged even if unit is not plugged in. This model has all the latest Mercedes safety systems. Here they are: Collision Prevention Assist, Lane Keeping Assist, Blind Spot Assist, Rear View Camera (color), Electronic Stability Program. The generator has only 40 hours. Rear lounge seat converts with a press of the button to a king size bed. Watch tv from here or another color tv is forward including a computer desk with USB Port. Mercedes and Airstream thought of pretty much everything. Pristine condition and ready to go.
