The coach appears to be in impressive condition for its age. He could not demonstrate the drop-down screen as he did not have the correct remote control. It was too windy to operate the awnings safely, but the seller provided a photo of the unit with the awnings extended, which is in the photo gallery. The tires appear to have little to no wear and were replaced in 2021. The coach and chassis batteries were replaced in the past two years. The seller replaced the original TPMS with a current TireMinder system. The exterior appears to be in great condition with one small cosmetic scratch on the driver side. The paint is cracking in front as shown in the photos. It is not noticeable unless you are very close. This is shown in the photos. There is some surface rust on the underbelly as shown in the photos. The roof seals appear to be in good shape, with no observed cracking or evidence of leaks. Per the seller, the only feature that does not work is the pull-down black-out shade by the driver seat. You have to roll it up manually. The exterior shows no wear on the full body paint and no clear coat issues. One "Ventana" decal in the back is peeling. The seller replaced the coach batteries in December 2023 All other features and systems function as they should.
