This is a single owner RV and is in very good condition for the age. On the exterior, the coach shows signs of sun damage on the clear coat accent colors. The tires were manufactured in 2016. The batteries are dated 2022 for the house batteries and 2023 for the engine battery. Everything works as it should. The carpet is showing some signs of wear and could use a deep cleaning. Class A coach in which a 6.3-liter GMC Vortec Workhorse power plant and Allison electronic 5-speed overdrive transmission provide power, while two slide-outs yield plenty of living space (see attached floor plan). All scheduled maintenance performed and mechanical extras installed by the professionals at Redlands Truck or Altmans' Winnebago (service records available). Full Banks exhaust system, with re-flashed ECU, that leads to improved fuel efficiency and better performance. Exterior benefits from excellent maintenance and being covered when not in use - the exterior has not developed that chalky look normally associated with a coach stored outside. Increased solar capacity and deep-cycle marine batteries to help keep you from being stranded while dry-camping. We believe little things matter, so we installed check-value, visual tire pressure gauges. Extremely low miles, due to the fact that we've never had as much time to camp as we originally planned. Indeed, this is why we've decided to sell this beautiful and well-appointed coach. We have the original sticker, which lists standard and optional equipment (see photos).
