Open floor plan. Invested over $15,000 into it last year. I have all the owners manuals and work invoices. This work included a...Rhino Roof with a custom roof rack, Complete service of the engine, water heater, furnace, refrigerator, AC, new house batteries, under 300 hours on generator, new tires, passed smog and is registered. It has a couple issues...front leveling jack needs to be fixed as well as a leaf spring. It has a water leak at the base of the toilet and needs a screen door handle. Besides that, it is super clean.
