For this age, it is in great condition inside and out. The full-body paint is in great condition. The transition between the walls and roof has some minor clear coat damage. The rest of the coach looks very good. A minor dent is at the bottom of two storage doors on the rear passenger side. The tires are 7 years old and the coach battery is 2020, and the house batteries are 2024. The Interior shows very well, with only slight signs of light wear. with a nice interior and exterior and running on its powerful engine on a Dodge chassis. It's had a charmed life, never been hit, and sure is an eye catcher at RV parks. It's located in Chatsworth, Ca.The appliances, including 2 way fridge, microwave, oven, roof AC all work. As do the beautiful original shower, toilet and sinks.The roof has just been re-coated even tough there have never been any leaks! The floor is solid, plumbing, propane, electrical, carpet and cabinetry ceiling are very nice condition and it is set up for cable in the bedroom and plete with TV and disc player. The 4000 watt Onan generator with only couple hundred hours on it works well. provided may extras like the original optional room dividers, screens, curtains, ladder, spare tire rack and bunk "over the cab" bed/storage.....so its really quite special. And it doesn't have to be "Smogged"..it's exempt. The engine kicks right over, tranny is strong, and I haven't spotted any leaks. Sure there are still some things that need doing.....and I'd be glad to discuss them with you. Parts are obtainable, mechanics are familiar with the "muscle Car engine, and there is a wondrous website where fellow vintage rig owners share information. As an investment it's interesting because these classics are just beginning to appreciate in value. there is one in the Smithsonian already. There are lots of potential uses....the beach or hunting escapes, a driveway private "live in", or just "hit the road retro style.
