This 1999 Fleetwood Bounder Model 36S is in excellent condition. Purchased from K&C RV in Longmont Colorado, this very clean coach has 45414 miles and has always been stored inside our RV Garages since 1999. Our Bounder has been meticulously cared for and you will be impressed with the condition of this wonderful motor home. The Flexsteel drivers and passenger captain chairs, the recliner seat, sofa and dining area seating was upgraded to new leather by Autoweave and is in perfect condition. All carpet throughout the coach was upgraded and replaced and remains in like new condition. A&E Systems all fabric window awnings were added to match the factory 20' RV fabric awning and new Sunguard window coverings installed are in excellent condition. We installed a complete Banks performance air intake, exhaust and transmission upgrade system, new tires, rotors/brakes, alignment were replaced/serviced at 35K miles and all standard maintenance and winterization has been performed annually on this coach.
