2007 Cavco Desert Classic Dd-05 , TOO NEW TO BE CALLED USED. If you plan on purchasing a Park Model trailer then you need to just buy mine. It is super incredible with cherry cabinets, faux slate flooring, full size bathtub, built-in dresser and the stove has never been used. This trailer has residential exterior doors, mad storage and the rv park where we placed it had funky plumbing hook-ups so the tub and toilet were never used. The trailer was delivered from the factory and stayed parked on my farm not used until my never home, never cooks, college student son took it to Wine Country for 3 semesters. You may find one cheaper. You might find one newer, but you won't find one with all these upgrades in this near new condition.
