Although we love it, we must sell our like new 2016 (August) Casita as it is too small for adding additional travelers! It has just over 6900 miles. We are selling with a clear title, "as is" located in Bullhead City, AZ. Comes with a furnace, awning, vinyl flooring, outside shower, 25 gal fresh water tank, LED interior and exterior lights, range and sink covers, TV self and is microwave and cable ready. Cushions are slated colored. It also has the high lift axle/tires, friction anti way control and anti-sway bar, and electric tongue jack. We are non-smokers and have no pets. Comfy, nicely broken in Casita, self contained. Three new tires, a new spare tire cover, new blinds for the very back window, the trailer can be hauled readily with a Chrysler Town and Country van. We are the second owners, and it has not been used by any smokers. the most recent trip was in June of this year, and there were no problems. It is a good trailer for any length trip. Added scissor jacks for easier set-up.
