Excellent Condition, never smoked in and never had pets inside. Covered and under shelter when not in use. Towed less than 2000 mi. 2670 lbs dry, 5200 lbs gross. 40 Gal. Fresh Water 22 Gal. Grey Water 22 Gal. Black Water Trailer comes standard with 18000 BTU furnace, Norcold 6.3 C.F. 2 door Refrigerator that runs off 110v/12v/LPG and 6 gal. water heater. I added / upgraded with 2 deep cycle batteries ($230), 325watt Kyocera Multi-crystalline Solar panel ($370), 28 amp Nature Power Solar Charge Controller ($150), Xantrex Prowatt sinewave inverter 2000 watts ($350), Champion remote start 4000 watt generator ($600), 24" LED TV that mounts inside and outside of trailer, Dish ViP 211k Satellite Receiver ($240), 30 lbs/ 7.1 gallon Propane tank ($100), 13500 BTU A/C ($600), 2 new Carlisle Dura Trail reinforced ST225/75R15 tires w/ less than 100 mi. ($246), custom rear ice chest/cargo rack ($180) and custom welded jack mount to frame to allow for tailgate to be opened while coupled to truck, and added new 2000 lb tongue jack. Over $4500 in upgrades including misc. parts and labor. This trailer can go ANYWHERE for extended stays with large water tanks, you have all the comforts of home including SEPARATE toilet and shower area! Battery power is easily maintained by the large solar system, and the 30 lb propane keeps the refrigerator cold and the furnace running for 4 weeks. Trailer has huge ground clearance, rutted, rocky forest roads are no problem. I have navigated many service roads from Phoenix to Canyonlands with no problem. Have original paperwork and manuals for trailer and upgrades.
