This is an amazing fifth wheel! It has true quality construction. There are so many nice features and options! It has tons of storage built in throughout the trailer, including extra outdoor storage. The layout is wonderful. The whole space is light and bright because of the large windows, and beautiful maple wood cabinets. The living room has 2 leather recliners, and a hide a bed couch that are placed nicely for viewing the entertainment center with a fireplace. The entertainment center has lots of storage, and doubles as a desk area. The kitchen is AMAZING! It has an awesome island layout. The kitchen has tons of countertop space that also gives nice cabinet space. Including a BIG PANTRY with very functional pull out drawers that maximize storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped with, a double door fridge freezer, large double sink, 3 burner stove/oven, and microwave oven with hood fan. The dining table is placed nicely next to the kitchen. There is also a HUGE entryway coat closet. The bedroom is wonderful as well with a walk around queen bed (there is room to upgrade to a KING if you prefer), 2 large closet areas, storage under the bed, chest of drawers, and nice built in cabinets, and a second vanity sink, so you have his and hers sinks. The glass french doors that lead to the bedroom have privacy partitions as well that can give added privacy between the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom has a sink/vanity, good cabinet space and the commode all in one separable room. The big glass enclosed corner shower is in the larger part of the bathroom with another full length closet that has washer/dryer hook ups. This fifth wheel is very spacious with the 2 super slides across from each other in the living space, and 2 slides across from each other in the bedroom, giving 4 slides total. This fifth wheel has just about every upgrade available. From diamond plate protection in front to solid oak cabinetry and Corian countertops inside. It boasts a double door, 12 cubic foot refrigerator, upgraded vitreous china toilet, separate washer and dryer, 42" flat screen TV with surround sound, King Dome auto seek satellite receiver, slide out trays in the belly, propane and battery compartments, JT stabilizer bars front and back and more. It has had only two owners and is in impeccable condition. The first owner used it for vacation trips for about a year and then it was stored in an enclosed garage for three years. Everything is in perfect working order. There is some sun fading and curling on the front decals but little else in the way of wear and tear. The roof has been washed at least twice a year and protectant applied every spring and has no chalking. All caulking has been meticulously maintained. All four Goodyear G614 tires were purchased together and have less than 600 miles. This rig is ready to go! Delivery is available.
