We are not looking to make any profit on this unit, we just need to free our new yard up as we built a home 2 months ago and lived in the RV while our house was being built so we won't be RV'g anymore. There are a lot of photos, sorry for the detailed listing but if you still have ANY questions call us. We are non smokers and unit has been total pet free! Brand new roof and skylights due to age of the RV and was weathered from FL sun, NO water damage, NO leaks ever in the unit at all, new front landing gear, new rear scissor jacks, 2 new vents w/motor fans in bathroom. All work completed by Lazydays as of today Dec 2016, RV detailed inside and out by them also = appx $16,242 of work done. You're welcome to verify with Lazydays service dept in Tampa but see attached as well. **** 2006 Cameo Carriage LXI Fifth Wheel/Model M-33CKQ , all running lights work, exterior is white/interior light maple, new awning installed last Fall, electric brakes, 2 axles, aluminum wheels, tires in great condition, generator hookup, dual 30lb propane tanks, outside shower, rear ladder, 4 slideouts, Reece fifth wheel hitch included however you will need a 3/4 ton or 1 ton truck to pull it, front & rear enclosed underbelly storage compartments with pass through and all are climate control (I stored my extra dry groceries and detergents underneath, perfect!), heat & ac is ducted, built on a double chassis, insulated to the extreme >the Amish are known for their quality and workmanship that's for sure!, rear living room, suede sofa sleeper looks brand new w/pillow topper that we used once!, 2 Lazyboy recliners, electric fireplace, built-in desk, free-standing dinette w/4 chairs in almost new condition, flat screen TV w/surround sound home theater to stay in the unit, led lighting throughout the unit with flawless vinyl padded ceilings, ceiling fan in the kitchen, formica solid surface counter tops, 3-burner range w/oven, fabric blinds throughout, double kitchen sinks, 8 c.u refrigerator/freezer, built-in microwave, gas water heater, 15 Btu A/C w/remote, all appliances work great, step-up bedroom and bathroom with full walk-in glass shower, washer/dryer hookup, fuller size bedroom closet with mirrored doors, walk around queen bed that raises up with hydraulic pistons for full underneath storage, built-in clothes hamper.
