Can be seen today.Enjoy evenings with a fireplace and surround sound or with outdoor TV connection.Large kitchen with bigger fridge, it has a new Maytag microwave, double sink, Corian counter tops, TWO kitchen pantries, a kitchen island, cherry cabinetry, large shower, custom mattress with double closets, washer and dryer, generator, ample space underneath for storage, automatic leveling system, ceiling fan, two A/C units (rare), LED lighting throughout with dimmers, fireplace,TV that retracts into counter, awning, several storage garages underneath. Brand new (never used) leather recliner with heat and massage, plus love seat with two recliners built in (very comfy). Underneath is a slide out storage tray (add on that was $1200).
