CHECKOUT THIS USED CANTERBURY PARK MODEL. It's in good shape inside and out. The front living room has a wall of windows. The kitchen is efficient but nice. The dining room has a nice table and chairs and has a bay window with great viewing. The bathroom is nice. The back bedroom has a nice closet and built in drawers. There is a second exit/entry by the stairs to the loft. There is a double loft, one on each side of the stairs with cabinets for storage and abundant light from the open loft. This unit does have a leak around the bay window dining area. If you would like to fix it yourself and take it as is the price for the unit is $24,900. Stop by soon.
