The coach is beautiful with only minor clear-coat issues on the front. The owners have maintained the unit extremely well, fixing or replacing anything that needed it. Everything is reported to be in good working order, and new tires are being installed on April 25, 2024. There is also some minor surface rust showing on the slide extension bars. This RV needs a little TLC. It could use new flooring as the installed floor isn't staying down. Some trim work is also needed. The roof was re-sealed in the summer of 2022, along with batteries.
