The exterior shows well for its age, there is some light oxidation, and the unit would benefit from good washing and polishing and expect it will shine much more once that is done. There is a slight gouge on the edge of the roofline, but it's not all the way through, and there is no leaking occurring, according to the seller. One of the Maxair vent covers has damage from hitting a tree branch, but this does not affect the ability to use the vent fan.
