Overall, the BERKSHIRE appears well maintained, clean and properly serviced.
Worthy of mention is the TYRON tire blowout protection, which can allow limited run-flat capability after tire puncture or blowout.
The tankless water heater provides endless hot water.
New tires were installed in November 2023 and have less than 3,000 miles of use.
New house batteries were installed in February 2024.
The chassis batteries were not replaced because they were tested and found to be very good.
FUEL and DEF may be added on either side of the RV, which is a major convenience when you need to go to the pumps for fuel.
The DIRT DEVIL central vacuum system is a bonus!
