The exterior is to the highest standard in finish (and rare even in high end motorhomes) feautres a durable 2 stage urethane applied to laminated gel caoted siidewalls giving this a deep high gloss finish. This motorhome also features 2 slideouts. One in the kitchen and one in the bedroom. Each window has a retratable awning and the main awning is electric with wind protection slilde back featured. Because of the engine got hot about 250 degrees, I am concerned that the engine may have scored cylinders. I cannot just do the heads and sell the unit to someone else, because It's just not the right thing to do. This auction is for a 2002 Beaver Princeton Patriot Luxury Class A 40 FT Motor Home , with only 29,300 original miles on it.Original MSRP of this awesome coach was $292,586.00. It is the Stasel color with Genuine Walnut interior cabinetry. It is a dual slide out unit, with a queen bed in the rear Suite, vented washer and dryer combo unit, as well as the upgraded Norcold 12 Cubic ft. 4 door refrigerator with ice-maker. It is equipped with 2 Sony televisions, antenna with digital converter, as well as a Bose Wave radio system for rear private suite. This vehicle sits on a 257" wheelbase, and is powered by a Caterpillar 3126E Turbocharged Electronic Diesel Engine which develops 330 HP@2400 RPM'S. It is the Magnum Air B-Series Chassis by Roadmaster, with an full 8 bag Air Suspension. This Motor Coach is also equipped with the Independence Package, which includes Adjustable Lumbar support for the driver's seat, as well as the Euro-Recliner with Ottoman, Power Passenger seat foot rest, and basement roll out tray. Roll out tray on this rig is really a back saver when your are stowing or retrieving luggage in the basement of the Coach. This is a 2 owner coach, with a free and clear title in hand. The front of the Coach has a full clear nose mask, which is starting to show some wear, however it does it's job very efficiently. This Coach is a non smoking, pet free vehicle. The batteries are on their second year, tires show hardly any wear and the ONAN diesel generator has only 442 hours on it. I am listing this for a close friend, who has specific knowledge of how everything operates, and I can get the answers to all questions ASAP. This is a fantastic find compared to anything else on the market. It is being sold as is as shown, with no warranty, however, bid with confidence since it is in fantastic condition.
