The door to the wet bay on that side is off the hinges and currently being held on with a temporary fix. See photos. Motor for stairs isn't reliable. (sometimes it works - could be just the control module since motor turns-simple and inexpensive fix). Wood paneling on the wall in the master bedroom is warped and cracked but is only visible when slide is out. It was from shower skylight leak which was replaced. Bedroom Slide works perfectly but the wall switch doesn't. We have bypassed wiring. No Aqua Hot but there is an electric hot water heater instead. Small rip in headliner. Residential Fridge.
