Have you done your homework?Beaver made some of the finest coaches in the world. I suggest you drive several coaches, Then drive a Beaver. The tag axel keeps the unit stabilized while blazing down the highway. We have owned this unit sine late 2003, It was garaged most of the time. Outside for only the last four years. Those four years it was covered and winterized. No smokers, no Pets. There has never been signs of Rodents or insects. We have the a copy of the original window sticker showing the MSRP of more than $350.000.00This coach has only 33,500 miles and shows like new. The 10k Onan Generator has just over 1k hours and runs great. We have maintained and run the generator once a month (under load). The Tires are like new, they were replaced in 2007, less than 1000 miles since then. We purchased a cabin and did not use the coach much after that (no time). I don't think you will ever find a unit as nice as this for less than twice this price. We are going to down size and get something a little smaller so that my wife will feel more comfortable driving it. NO DEALERS PLEASE ! We will need no help selling this RV. Thank You
