The condition is surprisingly good. The exterior has some sun fade on the black paint, and the aluminum show some oxidation but fresh paint and a buff job on the aluminum, and this would be a showpiece. The tire age stamp is 1019, and the house and engine batteries show 2019. The seller says everything works as it should with the exception of the fridge not cooling. Runs and drives good. 8.2 Detroit diesel, Allison AT-545,Rockwell standard ratio 4.63:1 Tires are new (less than 1500 miles on them as are brakes) one awning is broken on bedroom window. there is wear to paint and to inteary, do to age.
