Our family has been lovingly and professionally restoring these vintage beauties full time on our four acre mini farm near Atlanta for several years, what a life! This Aristocrat LoLiner, we call her Roxie, was quite the project and we couldn't be happier with the results of her makeover. She is camp ready, meaning you could fly into Atlanta to retrieve her and camp all the way back home! She offers sleeping for three or four, a small kitchenette and an ample dinette. Roxie boasts a full bathroom addition as well that houses a new flush style toilet, shower and on demand hot water heater! We have carefully concealed an air conditioning unit under the dinette, no hideous window units here! She has had 75% or more of her interior replaced and has been given a mechanics seal of approval on her electric braking system. In addition, all interior and exterior wiring has been replaced. We love camping and we appreciate vintage, therefore we retain/obtain as many original parts as possible and replace with alternative vintage parts when necessary. The interior of this beauty is all wood, no particle board here! The roof has been inspected and properly sealed and she will arrive with a custom cover to aid in keeping her dry. All windows are Hehr jalousie crank style and are original. However, we felt the need for more light in the posterior and added a much larger matching Hehr jalouise style window. It was a great choice! Roxie is sold with her custom made dinette cushions, curtains and a beautiful matching Sunbrella awning! Please ask for details if needed. Roxie has been registered in the State of Georgia and will be sold with a bill of sale only as a title did not exist. We have had customers obtain titles for our campers in their home states with little effort, please check your states rules regarding titling older style campers. She is currently tagged and insured.
