The exterior paint on this coach had some peeling.
The interior was very roomy, smelled great, and had lots of upgrades by the owner.
Progressive Surge Suppressor replaced in 2023.
Front AC/Heat pump replaced with Mach 8 (15000 BTU Coleman) Generator Hours 789 (7.5KW Quiet Onan)
Water heater has been replaced with a Gas/Electric 10 gallon water heater.
270 Amp Lease Nevell replaced in 2018.
House Batteries were replaced in March 24
The keyless entry needs a new battery, but the seller will replace that soon.
The odometer was a little hard to read and the radio volume knob needs some internal cleaning.
The rear tires were replaced 3/26/24. The front tires should be good through 2026.

The 40" Vizio TV in the living room was upgraded in 2024, and the 32" Vizio TV in the bedroom now has Bose. There is a switch at the headroom that turns the surround sound on and off.
Inside this beauty, the day/night shades in the living area have been upgraded to Bali double cell blinds. The insulated Bali windshield shade has also been upgraded.
The cabinets and trim are adorned with cherry wood, which makes the interior look more luxurious.
Beautiful Italian marble flooring is in the kitchen, bathroom, and entryway.
Another upgrade on the main and window awning is Girard, which is remote controlled.
