2002 AMERI-CAMP Ameri Lite 21FB, We went through this coach and checked all the appliances and systems and it is good-to-go, but....it has soft spots from water leaks. We did seal the camper, but especially the front floor corners and the rear bath ceiling (not as bad) are already pretty rotten. We've seen worse, but for us to redo the floor and ceiling isn't cost effective. This is being put on our site as a request for an interested party. Price is AS-IS.
