The RV appears to be in good condition. Awnings seem very good. There are no known issues with this RV. Cosmetically is it very good inside and out. With the seller-made modifications, the stove is removed from service but is stored in the garage portion of the RV. Stock #379885 2022 Alliance RV Valor 36V11 toy hauler with three slide-outs! Our sellers have done some tasteful and attractive customizing in the kitchen area. They removed some of the traditional cabinets for the kitchen island and cabinetry under the stovetop and replaced it with open shelving. The shelving is made super sturdy by employing threaded pipe with shelving attached. See pics. There are three A/C units that produce 40,500 BTU of cooling power. ALLIANCE RV, the parent company, claims to produce the best HVAC system on the market. The garage is accessed via a rear side door and rear ramp.
