This Alliance Avenue 37MBR is a beautiful RV any owner would be proud of. The Azdel exterior was clean and intact.
The original tires have only been used to move the RV locally.
The interior cabinets, counter surfaces, flooring, and upholstery were gorgeous.
The sofa sleeper was removed from the second bedroom during the photo appointment, and the center mattress piece for the convertible dinette is missing.

This 37MBR model interior is designed in popular white, tan wood, and gray colors. The floors are flush, and there is no carpet or floor vents. The open floor plan enabled by its four slide-outs and the bright modern country design make every day on board an experience to remember.
This fifth wheel sleeps up to 8, with two in the king suite, two in the second bedroom, two more in the loft, and two in the convertible dinette. The owners recently added the Brooklyn Bedding king mattress, which is included in the sale.
The dinette is a large U-shaped format, perfect for dining, socializing, working, or studying. An entertainment center stands across from the dinette and theater-style recliners, just right for guests and families. The large-screen TV is on a swing mount for visibility across the great room.
The main bedroom closet is set up for washer-dryer plumbing. Separate washer-dryer units can be added at either end of the closet, leaving lots of closet space in between.
Take the fun outside, the RV has an outdoor kitchen and two patio awnings!
The Avenue is cooled by two AC units with separate controls and a Max Air roof fan. It also has central heat and a tankless water heater. Rooftop solar panels and a solar charging system supply electricity.
