The overall condition of this rig is good. It has been used by its one and only owner and shows signs of this use. The arm on the driver's seat needs attention. There is a small amount of rust on the framework of the storage bins. Some paint fade on the top of the rear cap. All of these areas are cosmetic and do not affect functionality. The overall condition of the RV is good. No major scratches or cracks were found on the exterior. The interior upholstery was found to be in good condition with no rips or tears. Flooring was in good condition. Back bedroom carpet had a water stain from a recent bad storm with high winds that pushed water directly through the side of slide. Seller having it steam cleaned. There was a piece of molding near the dining table that needs to be re-attached. The large hallway windows were cloudy. The coach needs a cleaning.
