The exterior full body paint is still in good condition but is in need of a bath and good polish job as there is hard water runoff in some areas. There is a crack in the outer skin beneath the bedroom Slide out Tha's has been siliconed over and is not leaking . The front diamond shield has the familiar cracking and drying of the glue underneath and must be replaced. The interior furniture shows some wear and tear associated with full-time living and front driver and passenger seats have slip covers because the synthetic original covers have flaked off but everything inside seems intact. There is a crack on the passenger side of the windshield . the dash a/c is not blowing cold.. it was working well over the summer but int he past few weeks has started not blowing cold. might be a slow leak. House batteries are original and will not hold a charge very long and likely need to be replaced. the porch awning is original and has numerous small holes as do the original slide toppers/ The RV mostly needs a good detailed cleaning, inside and out, and this would make someone a very nice coach.
