The Interior looked great, overall, the RV was in fine condition and was well kept. Many of the items were demonstrated to be working upon my visit, and the seller informed me everything works as it should. The front Diamond shield is rough, as is common after a few years. Some of the bonded leather has started to peel off on some seats due to the heat. Tires are the original tires. There was one soft spot in the bedroom area that might need attention. The sellers are the third owners, and they keep the RV in their driveway hooked up to 50 amp power to make sure everything is working. In 2021 the seller installed a Tripp Lite 2000W Inverter/Charger, and 4 XTR6-235AH 6V AGM Batteries. Overall the coach is good condition. There are a few known issues: Surround sound ceiling speakers and the satellite are not working, the main slide button is not functioning but the slide can be operated from the basement, there are some scratches low on the passenger side from branches and a small piece of the front driver's side quarter panel is broken off (seller has the piece), and the driver and passenger seats have peeling upholstery.
