2005 Tiffin Phaeton 40 QDH Class A Diesel Pusher Motorhome - Numerous photos below! We are the second owners of this beautiful, well-maintained 40.5-foot Motorhome. The bridge is equipped with Flexsteel, 8-way power-adjustable, swiveling Captain's chairs upholstered in top-grain, leather; a Pioneer, Sirius-ready, CD/DVD/AM/FM Entertainment Unit with Pandora, USB and Aux inputs, Remote Control and a 6 inch LCD Screen; Computer-controlled automatic Hydraulic Leveling system; Cruise Control; Power and heated rear-view mirrors; computerized Allison Transmission console w/compression brake; and much more. The galley features Corian Countertops, Maple Cabinetry, a double-sink with sprayer, Microwave/convection oven combo, and Nor-cold 4-door Refer/Freezer w/icemaker.The dining table has four chairs (two foldable for storage). There are 6 new Goodyear Tires (Purchased 2014) with Chrome Wheel-liners. The basement has a full-pass slide-through, 90 Gal Water/40 Gal Black Water tank and 40 Gal Grey Water tank, a 10 Gal Elec/Gas Water Heater, and 35 Gal LPG. There's an extra-long, 50 foot, 50 AMP Cord, Extra Sewage hose (20' total) and Brass Quick-connect water and flush fittings. There are a few minor issues that I would probably get around to addressing if I was keeping it. And in the interest of full disclosure - here they are: The Entrance Awning occasionally sticks; requiring a little back-and-forth with the switch. The driver's side Leveling jack leg (front) is sometimes slow to retract; mostly in colder weather. I've had it looked at twice and they can never seem to get it to retract slowly (go figure). So, they tell me that, while they'd love to charge for a repair, they can't find anything wrong TO repair. Also, the passenger-side rear slide-out was recently scraped against a guard pole at a campsite. It was Professionally repaired at an authorized Tiffin repair center. The last six photos are of the scratches/damage to the slide-out. the picture following each view of the slide-out is a similar view of the repaired area. The damage was strictly cosmetic. The coolant system was recently (Late 2013) serviced - Flush and fill, SCA Additive tested, and pressure test.
