When you arrive to pick up your new home, you will find it plugged in to my shop. This RV was traded into V2GRV. The customers wanted a newer bigger RV with slides. They said they were the 2nd owners GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the coach is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 17 yr old RVs. The inside of the coach is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 17 yr old RVs. Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach approx 29'6" foot According to NADA. This coach is a Class A allegro gas RV, built on a GM P30 chassis The coach has the following options/features: Converter Hitch Generator 4k Electric Entry Steps Patio Awning Stove top Microwave Oven TV This RV was just driven approx 1000 miles with no trouble according to the customer This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There is roof AC unit that works. LP furnace The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air The Engine is a GM 7.4 liter fuel injected motor. The motor runs like it should The automatic transmission shifts up and down like it should A 4k watt Onan quiet generator runs and makes power like it should. There is a 2 door fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Nada price is nearly 15k This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 17 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 17 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 6 as it currently sits There is room for two in the rear bed. The sofa converts to a bed for 2. Dinette Sleeps 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 19.5 inch wheels. The front tires were made late 2007. The rear tires are miss matched. Some older some pretty new. V2GRV can have 6 matching tires installed for approx 1500.00. Any RV tire over 7 yrs old should be replaced The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 30 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. At Vacation To Go RVs we can not stress this enough that, these are used units. Please keep in mind these are used RVs, this means everything is generally used, tires, brakes, belts, hoses plumbing both fresh water and sewer system. How could I possibly know the complete history of a 10-15 year old vehicle that I have only owned for very short time? On vehicles 10 years old or older the titles can be labeled exempt for miles. for more pics and info please see my web siteThe outside of the RV is probably in above avg condition avg condition when compared to other 10 yr old RVs. Despite the low miles please keep in mind it is 10 yrs oldThe inside of the coach is probably in above avg condition to nice condition when compared to other 10 yr old rvsInterior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.)This coach approx 37'6" foot According to NADA.This RV was built by Tiffin Allegro Bay 37DBThis RV is a Tiffin Allegro Bay 37DB, built on a Ford Super duty F53 chassis. Allegrom makes other fine RVs, like the Open Road , Allegro Bus , Phaeton , Zephyr NADA values the 04 Model Allegro at $57k, with the mileage added, and no other options added. When doing trades i generally recommend doing book vs book, so a 3rd party is setting the trade difference value. NADA does show this model with a GM Workhorse chassis. Not sure why NADA isn't accurate in this regard. This RV was just driven approx 600 miles with no trouble. It towed a Jeep liberty behind it with no issues. No oil consumption was noted. There is are dual ducted ACs units that works. Ducted air Heat pumps also, with 12 volt LP furnace as a back upDash AC blows cold airThere is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric.This means the RV / motorhome is not new so please do not expect new.If you are expecting a decent to nice 10 year old coach that is USED this is it.I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better.There are no known roof leaks at this time. fiberglass roofThe tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. The RV also has Alcoa Aluminum wheels. The tires are brand new less the 600 mile trip home. They should be good for 7 yrs under normal usageThe carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about.This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory.Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units.c.I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home.I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. This RV was just driven several hundred miles with no trouble. AT THE TIME OF THE LISTING the following was known... There are 2 roof AC units that both work. The engine or dash AC does not blow cold air. The 330hp Cat DIESEL engine runs as it should, no problems. The Allison 6 speed automatic overdrive transmission shifts great also, no problems. At the time of the listing the Onan generator is in working condition. There is a fridge / freezer that is not working at the time of the listing. We will try to check it out further later in the week. In case the fridge turns out to be defective, for the buy it now price of $49999 we will have it repaired. For the buy it now price of $49999, if the rv has a location for a combo washer dryer, we will include a combo unit, for any other price, even if you see it, it is not included. For the no reserve auctions or rvs that do not have a combo unit, typically, we have some used units that we sell for $600 installed. We did NOT check every single light, drawer, storage door latch, heat, jacks if present, water, etc. Hopefully, they are good. We feel that since this motorhome is a repo and we are selling for a low profit, we are NOT planning to check or go over every single detail. Typically, we only check the roof top ac, the fridge and generator. WE can not cover, repair, or go over it all and make very little or low profit. So, our theory is to sell a lot at very little profit. This is good for you because it gives you a chance to own a RV for a VERY LOW price. As with any older RV, there is some delam or water damage. Over the past 12 years this unit has probably had some leaks, we do not know all of the history. So, we can not guarantee there has never been a leak, but, I can state that we typically re-seal the roof on most of our units, so, currently there should not be any leaks. We usually liquidate our inventory and only do a basic mechanical check out. We sold over 350 units in 2008. We sold over 100 units in the 4th quarter alone!!! YES, we sold over 100 units in the supposedly worst economy ever. We are selling them because we are CHEAP. So we are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. We will make sure the engine, transmission, over head air conditioner, refrigerator, and the generator operate normally (if/when applicable). These are the items most people are concerned with. We will also perform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. We will repair what is necessary. The REST is up to you!! The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There are typically some stains here or there, but nothing to really be concerned about. The tires typically have good tread on 22.5 inch wheels, but they have approx 2010 date codes. So, since you are most likely going to purchase this RV for a cheap price, just plan on purchasing 6 new tires to be safe. There is a local tire store that will install 6 new tires for approx $2100. For the buy it now price of $49999 we will include new tires. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory, as with most repos, the power cords are sometimes missing. Typically, a 30 amp power cord is approx $90 and a new 50amp power cord is $250. Sometimes we have used cords that we can sell for less. For the buy it now price of $49999 we will include a power cord. Also, the curtains or blinds are usually tattered and worn on these older units. When an appoitment is made to pick up your item, Karolina Koaches will have your item powered up so you can feel confident that the coach functions as described in this ebay ad.
