The exterior has been protected from the elements. She has been washed and waxed regularly. There were a few light scratches that might buff out. Two tires were replaced in 2020; the rest were manufactured in 2017. The flooring, dinette, and recliner upholstery are in good condition. Unfortunately, the front seats and sofa upholstery need to be reupholstered or covered. The engine and generator sound good and started right up. The transmission was replaced in 2020 and is still under warranty. There are new Michelin tires less than a year old on the front and rear. Seller had the bedroom floor and slide floor replaced due to a previous leak. It's described as like new now. The driver and passenger seats have both been reupholstered. The couch and dinette cushions were reupholstered. The front passenger side hub cab has some dents. Front clear protective coating has some cracking which is common. Stock #371906 2012 Tiffin Allegro Open Road 34TGA with three slide-outs and updates! This 2012 Open Road 34TGA by Tiffin is located near Palmetto, FL. The current owner purchased it from the original owner around 2015. It has always been professionally serviced, and records are available. A Triton 6.8L V10 engine powers her, and an Onan 7.0kW generator provides onboard power. The seller had the front driver, and passenger chairs reupholstered with very nice synthetic leather. The dinette cushions and couch cushions have also been reupholstered. There are a total of (3) sleeping areas. The bedroom has a queen mattress with over a foot of room on each side of the bed to walk around. The bathroom is a split plan with an enclosed toilet, and directly across is the sink and shower. Sliding doors can make the bathroom area private.
