1997 Airstream Land Yacht 33JLY Class A Gas Motorhome with only 57K miles and no slides. This low mileage breadbox motorhome has been very well taken care of and is in great condition. It has a convenient driver’s side entrance door with a power window as well as leather captain’s chairs with arm rests and a power driver’s seat. It also has cruise control, power heated mirrors, back up camera, in dash TV, surround sound and HWH automatic computerized leveling. There are day/night shades in the lounge and kitchen and night shades in the bedroom. In the lounge area there is a jackknife sofa bed with removable arm rests, a leather swivel lounge chair with an end table, a booth dinette that converts to a bed with storage space underneath and lots of overhead storage compartments. The kitchen is equipped with a Wedgewood three burner stove top with hood, a Sharp convection microwave oven and a Dometic 8 cu.ft. double door refrigerator/freezer. It has a double basin stainless steel sink with sink covers, a single control faucet, a sprayer and a separate tap for filtered water. There is also a Fantastic roof vent with thermostat and rain sensor, a built-in spice rack, a pull-out pantry and lots of drawers and storage space. The mid-coach bathroom has a sink, vanity, large lighted two door mirrored medicine cabinet, and a large enclosed one piece fiberglass hall shower with a skylight. Next to the bathroom is a mirrored wardrobe closet and a mirrored linen closet. The queen walk around bed has nightstands, mirrored cabinets surrounding the head of the bed and windows on all three walls. There is also a Panasonic TV and a corner make-up mirror with shelf. The first thing you’ll notice about this unit is the aerodynamic frontend which helps with gas mileage. It is on a Chevrolet chassis and is powered by a Vortec 7400 L29 engine which produces 290 HP at 4K RPMs. It has a large 17’ patio awning and three window awnings, all of which have alumaguard covers to help protect them from the sun. There is a ladder and roof rack as well as 75 cu. ft. of basement storage. It has an Onan 5000 generator with 173 hours and a 4K lb trailer hitch and Remco trailer brake. It’s equipped with a 35K BTU furnace and two AC units, a 13,500 BTU unit and a 11,000 BTU unit, both with heat strips, as well as heated holding tanks, a 6 gallon water heater, a 50 Amp power converter and 30 Amp service.
