I am owner#2 since 2015..I am selling this sweet Bambi as I have purchased a second home and no longer plan to travel. Used sparingly and always dealer maintained. Have all receipts. New Tires, New Water heater, Air conditioning charged and ready to cool you! Roof recently repainted with factory elastomer coating to reduce heat per factory specifications. Interior is like new with all fabrics being in excellent condition. Upgraded 23 inch Smart TV with surround sound package. # burner gas stove with conventional oven. Enclosed head with separate stand up shower. Zip Dee awning in good condition. Twin large Propane Tanks.Exterior is excellent with a small crease in upper rear panel. Not noticable unless you are looking for it. Easily repaired if it bothers you. I didn't because it's a slight panel crease and not worth the money to fix.This is the SE/LS edition with the wrap around front windows that everyone wants. These are hard to find as Bambi's the the best selling model that Air Streamer's covet. Bambi” EXCELLENT condition. Purchased July 2014. Still smells like new. Only used four times. Manufacture includes: mounted TV, radio, CD player, AC and Winterized, ceiling fan, two-burner stove top, sink, microwave, refrigerator, dining table and benches with storage, outdoor roll-out canopy shade, curtains throughout, toilet and shower, pull-out room divider, closet and plenty of storage above and below dining area, kitchen stove/sink, and above, beneath and beside bed. Bed sleeps two comfortably with a luxury mattress, and includes linens and original bed covering with pillows. The dining table and benches make an additional bed for 2, perfect for grandchildren. The unit is super clean. Owner is a non-smoker, and does not have animals.

This vintage Airstream Bambi is a 1961 model, the inaugural year for the iconic 16 foot Airstream trailer and only 200 of the Bambi trailers were built that first year. In fact, this particular trailer was manufactured in Airstream, Inc's Santa Fe Springs, CA location in January of 1961 and is one of the first Bambi trailers ever manufactured in the limited production run of 1961! The exterior of the trailer has been recently polished to a mirror finish and has been fully restored and ready to travel on your next camping trip. It has all working original fixtures including lighting, plumbing, toilet, stove and refrigerator. Restoration work on the trailer includes new glass windows, new wood floor, two (2) new tires, new vintage-style hubcaps, new running lights, a working brake system, a new exhaust vent fan with reversible airflow, temperature control and range addition. The 12 volt and propane systems work perfectly and the recently restored electric and plumbing utilize the original fixtures. The vintage awning with poles are working as displayed and are a bit rusted adding to the authenticity of the trailer. A simple extension cord for 110 V will bring power to this beautiful trailer and the vintage appliances use under 10 amps of electricity. This is an incredible find - especially for vintage Airstream enthusiasts. Did You Know? In 1961, the Airstream Bambi trailer model received its name the same year as the famous Airstream African Caravan. When Airstream founder Wally Byam learned of a miniature deer revered by the Angolan locals, known for its strength and sure-footedness, it was only natural that it became the trailerâ€™s namesake. The beloved creature was called Oâ€™Mbambi in the Umbundu dialect of the Bantu language.
