Camper is solid with need of TLC. Strong structure, aluminum, all utility systems work, gas/electric. It's a 1985, so the interior is outdated, but very livable. Some interior water damage but the source has been fixed. Tires good. Ready for a new owner. Selling only due to financial needs in primary home. Would make a great hunting cabin or starter/temporary housing. Does fine on the road but would suggest TLC before really putting a lot of miles on her. All manuals present.
