The generator is not working. Per the seller, it needs a stator and rotor. The paper on the bathroom door is peeling off on both sides. The silver stripes are peeling on this coach. This could use a cleaning inside. There is some cosmetic work needed inside. There are no signs of water intrusion. Per the seller, the house batteries are new. The tires are dated 1217 and probably need to be replaced.
