2017 Forest River Sandpiper in sought after 378FB floor plan!  This unit boasts too many great amenities to list but some include hydraulic auto-leveling system, in-unit vacuum system (that is INCREDIBLY useful) one and a half baths which include a separate master bathroom with dual sinks, and full-size shower with seat and a brand new stackable washer/dryer set that has never been used!  The outdoor entertainment center has a sink, refrigerator, grill, cabinet and hidden tv that comes down at the flip of a switch.  It also has a residential-sized refrigerator, microwave and double-sink in the kitchen island.  The living room has an electric fireplace, ceiling fan ample storage and there are a total of three tvs throughout.  The electric awning, pass-through underneath storage, two reclining chairs and a couch that folds into an extra bed means lots of convenience and storage for multiple people. This camper was bought brand new off the lot in September 2016!  It has only ever been towed one time (57 miles) from the dealership to the state park where it currently sits.  While the unit is used, all the original plastic remains on the appliances and the entire trailer is as clean as a whistle.  You are basically getting a brand-new rig but I took the depreciation hit for you!!  I have lived in it intermittently for the last five months.  Unfortunately, an unforeseen job relocation has me moving to California in two weeks and I am unable to take this beautiful rig with me.  I HATE to let go of this camper, especially at this price, but I am short on time and willing to negotiate.  The unit is currently parked in Dallas, TX.  I would be willing to tow it to California or could drop it off somewhere along the way for the right buyer.  This could be negotiated along with the asking price.*Please note - in the interest of full disclosure - a mobile RV technician came out in December 2016 to replace one of the water drains that were improperly installed by the manufacturer.  I have had no issues since then so there is nothing to be concerned about with this BRAND NEW rv.I can share more pictures with serious buyers.
