2004 Forest River Sandpiper 27RKSS. (not RL as indicated on heading) Very nice, clean fifth wheel in very good condition from non-smoking owners.Sleeps six with fold out couch, and kitchen table conversion. Queen bed in master. Comfortable and roomy but light (7,575 lbs.) fifth wheel. Easy to tow. Everything works fine. Carpeting and floors are all in good condition. Orignal Dometic refrigerator was replaced with a small full-size (electric only) Haier refrigerator/freezer - much larger than original Dometic. Included extras: small window air conditioner (for added comfort on hot Texas days), light, upright Dirt Devil vacuum, mounted extension magnifying mirror, installed paper towel holder and towel holders.Exterior Forest River decals are pealing. $11,999.00
