Overall, a very nice unit that does show couch upholstery ware as seen in many RVs of this model year. Road-ready with six newer heavy-duty upgraded G Sailun tires. This 2017 Forest River Sunseeker 3170DS has been well maintained, with maintenance up to date except for a Spring oil change and bath. The coach has a new patio awning and is sitting on newer tires with date codes of 1721. The plumbing and water systems were winterized during the on-site visit and showed no visual signs of concern. The same can be said for the roof, windows, and seals, with no signs of leaks, punctures, etc. The engine and generator ran as expected and have not had any issues per the seller. There are minor signs of use both inside and out, mostly in high-traffic areas, and limited mostly to scratches and other types of things, not dents, rips, or tears. Overall the coach is in good operational condition. The interior is clean and odor free but does show some wear (see pictures). All appliances are operational and have been used very little. The U-shaped dinette has been modified to a booth dinette but all the original cushions are available for conversion back to the U-shape if so desired. The exterior has begun to fade from the sun. Vinyl reflective decaling installed on the lower portion of the coach is peeling away (see pictures). Also, the awning arms have been recently replaced but are out of adjustment keeping the support arms from fully retracting (see pictures). The house batteries were replaced in 2022.
