Better than new, loaded with expensive options that my wife and I have added. This 5th wheel (Patio Edition) has been stored inside for much of it's life. It also has the High Country upgrade package. It comes with auto leveling with the power jacks, outside paint (its been waxed every 3 months for the last 18 months). Remember this coach looks like a Toy Hauler but instead is a drop-down large patio with an awning the protects the patio. It has it's own mini sports bar room facing the patio with its own patio refrigerator, the flooring in the outside room is wood style.
