Better than new, loaded with expensive options that my wife and I have added. This 5th wheel (Patio Edition) has been stored inside for much of it's life. It also has the High Country upgrade package. It comes with auto leveling with the power jacks, outside paint (its been waxed every 3 months for the last 18 months). Remember this coach looks like a Toy Hauler but instead is a drop-down large patio with an awning the protects the patio. It has it's own mini sports bar room facing the patio with its own patio refrigerator, the flooring in the outside room is wood style. 2017 Columbus 320RSC 2017 MODEL Quality craftsmanship and eye catching floor plan. The 2017 Palomino Columbus F320RSCW is a single entry rear living area Columbus fifth wheel by Palomino RV. It has everything you need and the spaciousness you want for traveling. It features THREE slides! As you step inside model 320RSCW you will see how open it is with wood flooring. A dining table and two chairs are just inside to the left. There is a large kitchen with a double sink counter space and over/under storage on the front interior wall. A slide out three burner range with oven and microwave, smaller pantry, 18 CF Gas/Electric refrigerator, and overhead cabinets are along the road side. The kitchen also features a mobile counter top with underneath storage, resembling an island. The rear living room features a fireplace and an entertainment center along the roadside, visionary sofa including overhead cabinets at the rear, and theater seat for two facing the entertainment center. This space is perfect for gathering with family or friends, TV watching, or it can even be used as a bedroom if needed. Heading towards the front of the unit there is a side aisle bath featuring a walk-in shower with dome, a toilet, and a vanity with sink. Just outside the bath is a handy closet. Prefer combo sale of 1) 1996 Ford F350 Turbo Diesel crew cab with dually rear tires including 5th wheel receiver (IMPORTANT NOTE: very recently replaced with new engine with warranty!) and 2) 2002 Montana 3280 RL 34 ft. three slides fifth wheel (we are original owners).
