There are so many features but here are a few that we found very beneficial and attractive:- 3 slides - one in the bedroom and two in the living area giving a spacious place to visit and relax with friends or just yourself and or your and your significant other. - 2 air conditioners - we have found that in temperatures up to the mid 90s the rear AC will keep the whole RV cool. - 2 Refrigerators - in the event one of your refrigerators happens to go out on the road, there is redundancy. And there is all the refrigeration room you need for living days at a time and not having to go to the store. - The queen bed has a riser system that allow you to adjust the bed from laying to prone for reading.- 2 large propane bottles instead of 2.- This RV comes with anti sway Bars and an extended warranty bumper to bumper. - It has a 3 burner stove and oven.- Micro wave oven- Stereo system with blue tooth and USB plug in.- Wired for Internet access or of course use of wireless network. - Tires have less than 500 miles on them as we have only moved it from Longview to Lake Conroe and the up to Lake Ratcliff and then back to storage.- RV has been stored under covered storage. Full length and out of the sun and rain.- RV has been washed and waxed 3 times in the past year and half. the roof has been cleaned and conditioned. We used it on weekends and holidays. Since then we decided to look for a Fifth Wheel RV and are considering going full time. This is a fantastic RV and one that you will save a great deal of money by buying from us rather than a dealer. Believe me, RV dealers know what they are doing. 30% of an RV's value can evaporate when you drive it off the floor. We bought this new and have learned a great lesson. Our next 5th wheel will be 2 years or so old and we will buy from the owner and not a dealer.

Great family camper, sleeps 8. Double slides with tons of storage. Excellent condition only two year of great camping. Short queen in master with connecting bathroom. Two rear double bunks with two windows in each bunk. Great light and windows. Double refrigerator and microwave. TV and Audio system in main living room, TV in rear bunk room.
