There are so many features but here are a few that we found very beneficial and attractive:- 3 slides - one in the bedroom and two in the living area giving a spacious place to visit and relax with friends or just yourself and or your and your significant other. - 2 air conditioners - we have found that in temperatures up to the mid 90s the rear AC will keep the whole RV cool. - 2 Refrigerators - in the event one of your refrigerators happens to go out on the road, there is redundancy. And there is all the refrigeration room you need for living days at a time and not having to go to the store. - The queen bed has a riser system that allow you to adjust the bed from laying to prone for reading.- 2 large propane bottles instead of 2.- This RV comes with anti sway Bars and an extended warranty bumper to bumper. - It has a 3 burner stove and oven.- Micro wave oven- Stereo system with blue tooth and USB plug in.- Wired for Internet access or of course use of wireless network. - Tires have less than 500 miles on them as we have only moved it from Longview to Lake Conroe and the up to Lake Ratcliff and then back to storage.- RV has been stored under covered storage. Full length and out of the sun and rain.- RV has been washed and waxed 3 times in the past year and half. the roof has been cleaned and conditioned. Believe me, RV dealers know what they are doing. 30% of an RV's value can evaporate when you drive it off the floor. We bought this new and have learned a great lesson.
