Your looking at a 2015 Coachmen Chaparral 360IBL. I purchased this new in January of 2015 in Ocala, FL. It comes with the optional second air conditioner. The main a/c has been replaced with the upgraded Dometic Penguin 15k unit. The master bedroom unit is a 13.5K Dometic Brisk Air unit. I installed BAL Lock Arm stabilizer bars on all four jacks. This practically eliminates all side to side movement of the coach. It has been stored under cover on my property since the day I purchased it. It has been washed after every use and has been waxed three times since I've owned it. I repacked the bearings for the second time on 4/10/2017. My family has used the coach 39 nights since we purchased it new, one trip to TN, one trip to Stone mountain, one trip to Destin beach and the rest at Disney's Fort Wilderness about 45 minutes away from home. Never had any pets in it or been smoked in or even around. I purchased a 7 year 100% coverage extended warranty when I bought it. It has 5 years left of coverage. I will give this to the buyer if I don't get beat up to much on the price. If you have been looking at 5th wheels make sure you check all of them out. This coach comes with Azdel walls. These are much different than what is on the majority of all 5th wheels. These are composite walls and don't absorb moisture like wood covered in fiberglass. With the warranty you can be sure you will have worry free ownership. The coach is 39'6 long and weighs about 11k+ dry. The price is $29,900 which we both know is not a steal but is truly a good deal. Please do hesitate to ask any questions.
